Ballroom at the Ben in Philadelphia
Our beautiful bride Christina and her handsome groom Fred had a wedding people will certainly be talking about for many years to come. This wedding was right out of a fairytale. The reception was at Ballroom at the Ben in Philadelphia. Everything was exquisite but before, we need to get them ready.
The Loews Hotel Philadelphia
First, Christina and her bridal party spent the morning getting ready at the Loews Hotel Philadelphia. The Loews is the perfect hotel for a large wedding party. They have large suits and the most magnificent views of the city. The bridal party all wore matching silk robes while getting ready. Bella Angel provided all of the hair and makeup. They had a large party of 11 hair and 11 makeup services. We love MAC so we used MAC STUDIO FIX FLUID SPF 15 as well as MAC STUDIO FIX PERFECTING POWDER. Christina likes natural makeup so on her eyes we used MAC ART LIBRARY NUDE MODEL eyeshadows. For blush we used MINERALIZE BLUSH in New Romance in addition to IN EXTREME DIMENSION WATERPROOF MASCARA. After everyone was ready, Christina’s mother helped Christina get dressed. She wore a stunning Augusta Jones bridal gown from Nicole Bridal. Christina looked especially lovely.
The Ceremony at St. John The Evangelist Church
Secondly, The ceremony was at St. John the Evangelist Church. Have you ever seen a church this incredibly gorgeous? When we saw these images, we were blown away. Christina and Fred had the most beautiful Catholic ceremony. Following the ceremony there was a fun photo shoot. The talented Ashley Gerrity followed the bride, groom and party around Philadelphia. She took some of the best photos of them. In particular, they took photos at 18th Century Garden, the Second National Bank and of course the famous Broad Street shot with City Hall in the background. Christina’s veil was a perfect addition to her wedding gown. The veil also looked great in the photos. We love the image of Christina’s veil in the air while she kisses her Fred.
They finally arrived at Ballroom at the Ben for a beautiful reception. The room was so elegant and look at the flowers by Carl Alan Floral Design! Indeed a magnificent location for a dream wedding. Christina and Fred certainly used some of the best vendors in Philadelphia. Furthermore, thank you so much to Ashley Gerrity photography for these amazing images.
